Professor Sharon Christenson was a Chief Investigator on this project. She is currently the Gadens Professor in Property Law and teaches in the QUT Law School. Sharon has a has a national reputation in the field of property law special ising in transactional property law (sales and leases), property law reform for emerging areas and property obligations. She has published articles in Australia and the UK and United States on conveyancing, land titles law, electronic contracting and conveyancing, and commercial and consumer transactions.
Professor Pamela O’Connor was a Chief Investigator on this project. She is the Head of School at the University for Sunshine Coast and previously worked for more than 20 years in the Faculty of Law at Monash University. Professor O’Connor has an international reputation for her publications in property law and has advised law reform commissions in England, Scotland and New Zealand.
Professor Bill Duncan was a Chief Investigator on this project. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1970, and has been a member of QUT’s Law Faculty staff since 1986. He has a national reputation for his publications in property law and has advised several law reform commissions.
Dr Hope Johnson was a senior research associate on the project in 2016. She holds a BA (Hons), LLB (Hons) and a PhD from the Queensland University of Technology. Her research interests include environmental law and international trade and investment.
Anna Lark was a senior research associate on the project from 2013 to 2016. She holds a LLB (hons).and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Australian National University.
